Text colour and formatting codes

The in-game colour codes, plus alignment and line breaks.

Colour and alignment are not settings - they are control codes placed inside the string. Each one applies to everything after it, until the next one.

Formatting codes
\x01Return to the second-to-last colour used on this line.
\x09Tab, for lining columns up.
\x0ANewline.
\x0CActs as a line break in game.
\x0DCarriage return, normally paired with \x0A.
\x12Right-align everything that follows.
\x13Centre-align everything that follows.
\x14Render the text invisible; overrides colour codes.

The “Player N” names are just labels - anyone can use any of them and the colour is the same. In practice most maps live on \x04 white, \x07 lime, \x1F cyan and \x03 yellow.
